Tokens
There are four key token types to understand within the Initia and Cabal ecosystem.
INIT
INIT is the native token of Initia, used for staking, governance, and securing Initia’s network. Users who stake INIT receive esINIT (escrowed INIT), which represents staked INIT and accrues rewards over time. INIT also plays a central role in Initia's VIP system, where it is used to influence reward distribution across interwoven rollups.
Enshrined Liquidity Tokens
Enshrined Liquidity Tokens are governance-whitelisted LP tokens that represent liquidity pairs on Initia’s native DEX. Staking these tokens provides exposure to trading fees and esINIT emissions. Notably, staked Enshrined Liquidity Tokens also carry governance power, allowing participation in Initia's VIP. Learn more about Enshrined Liquidity.
xINIT
xINIT is a liquid staking token representing staked INIT within Cabal. While xINIT does not generate yield on its own, it can be used across a range of DeFi applications such as lending, borrowing, and trading.
sxINIT (staked xINIT) is the yield-bearing version of xINIT. Thanks to the unique yield sources of Cabal, sxINIT will always remain the highest-yielding LST on Initia. Learn more about xINIT and sxINIT.
Cabal LP Tokens
Cabal LP Tokens represent staked Enshrined Liquidity Tokens within Cabal. These tokens allow liquidity providers to remain exposed to staked Enshrined Liquidity rewards while benefiting from additional incentives and emissions—all while maintaining liquidity. Learn more about Cabal LP Tokens.
